Would you like to own your own Country House Estate for a week or weekend?

With our holiday lettings we hand over the keys and Guyzance Hall is yours for the duration of your stay. We can either leave you to your own devices to enjoy complete privacy or we can provide help with catering and housekeeping. Either way, rest assured that we have staff on the estate to call upon at any time during your stay, should you require it.

Like all holiday rentals we like you to treat Guyzance Hall as your own home and as such it is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, from kitchen equipment to towels and linen. However, unlike some other rentals, everything at Guyzance Hall is of the highest quality. On your arrival you will find a delicious welcome hamper in the kitchen, a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers in the Drawing Room and luxury toiletries in every bathroom. Bed linen is of the crispest cotton and towels are a generous size. You will find the log baskets full, the swimming pool heated and the tennis court net at the precise height.

WEEKLY LETS

Guyzance Hall is available to let on a weekly basis. With plenty to do on the estate and in the surrounding area, a holiday in Northumberland is ideal for all the family. Why not try your hand at fishing, stroll along sandy beaches, visit amazing castles where history comes alive. A week won’t be enough!

WEEKEND BREAKS

Subject to availability, you can enjoy a long weekend at Guyzance Hall. From Friday to Monday, the Hall is yours and is perfect for that long awaited get together with friends. Make the most of the local area or just stick to the estate, either way there’s plenty to do. How about getting caterers in for the Saturday night – relax and enjoy the company without the hard work.

FISHING PARTIES

You can enjoy a week or weekend at Guyzance Hall combined with the wonderful fishing we have available on the River Coquet. The 3 mile stretch on the estate is only open to guests of the Hall and Cottages and our experienced ghillie will be on hand to advise the experts and show the ropes to beginners. Fishing is not included in the cost of hire of the accommodation but is available at an additional charge.
