• Follow the A1 South 5 miles past Alnwick.
• Turn left at the junction signposted for Guyzance (indicate as early as you can as the turning is just after blind summit).
• Follow the road for approximately 2 miles.
• As you descend the hill, the road is very winding so take care, cross the small bridge and follow the road around to the right.
• After a further 400yds turn left to Guyzance (as the road turns right over Guyzance bridge) – road is signed.
• Follow this winding lane for half a mile and the entrance to Guyzance Hall and West Lodge will be on your right.  TURN RIGHT HERE FOR ACCESS TO GUYZANCE HALL AND WEST LODGE ONLY.  WEST LODGE is the property immediately inside the gates.  For GUYZANCE HALL continue all the way up the long drive, taking care of the speed bumps.
• For all other properties continue up the hill around a hairpin right hand bend.
• For WEST HOUSE, head straight down the track immediately in front of you 50yds after the hairpin bend.
• For all other properties continue through the village to the Estate drive marked with a large green sign. Turn right into this drive and follow road (take care of speed bumps), through a stone gateway.
• STABLE COTTAGE is on the immediate right hand side.
• Turn right into the courtyard and GARDEN COTTAGE is on the left hand side.

• Follow the A1 North past Morpeth, where the A1 becomes a single carriageway and then turns back into a dual carriageway.
• Approximately 2 miles after the A1 becomes dual carriageway again, the turning to Guyzance is signposted right.
• Move over and indicate in plenty of time as you have to slow in the outside lane - turn right over the A1 to Guyzance.
• Follow the road for approximately 2 miles.
