Our experienced Events Team are on hand to help you get the perfect day you’ve been dreaming of.  We are happy to co-ordinate all aspects of your day for you, or take a step back, recommend suppliers and leave you to deal with them directly.  We will always be there at the end of the phone to help and advise, whatever direction you choose.

At Guyzance Hall we want people to experience only the highest standard which is why we keep a close eye on the quality of catering.  Therefore, we work only with 3 excellent reputable caterers and, unlike hotels, we give you a choice to decide which of these 3 caterers suit your requirements best.  They all have a knowledge of Guyzance Hall and the skills to maintain our high standards so we are sure you will find one of them is the ideal caterer for your big day.  See our links page for contact details of our caterers.

CAR HIRE

We will be able to help source local suppliers of luxury wedding cars for your special day.  We can also put you in touch with mini bus and coach hire companies should you wish to put on group transport for guests.  Contact us for suggestions and ideas.

FLOWERS

There are some wonderful local florists used by Guyzance Hall for weddings and parties.  They know the Hall intimately and can advise you of the best arrangements to dress the rooms, as well as bouquets and buttonholes.

For a band or a DJ or any other request, speak to our Events team who will be able to suggest local suppliers. Alternatively, we are very happy for you to bring along your own preferred entertainment.

We have lists of suppliers from jewellery designers to fireworks companies and from stationers to dress shops, all of which will help you find excellent, local companies to make your day run smoothly. 

OTHER ACCOMMODATION

We have carefully selected local guesthouses, hotels and B&B’s that can sleep additional guests and we can help arrange transport to and from the Hall for them should it be required.
